1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Einvor, an independently owned and operated SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Einvor platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Ban Policy

Einvor is designed to help professionals generate legitimate invoices. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against misuse. We reserve the right to permanently ban your account without prior notice if you are found engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Scamming & Fraud: Generating fake, misleading, or fraudulent invoices to scam individuals or organizations.
  • Spamming: Using our platform to send unsolicited or harassing emails/messages to clients.
  • Illegal Activities: Using the platform for any unlawful business transactions.

Note: If we receive multiple reports or complaints from victims regarding your invoices, our team will thoroughly investigate the matter. If the allegations are verified, your account will be immediately and permanently banned.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

To access premium features, users must subscribe to the Pro Plan.

  • Global Payments: Handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
  • Local Manual Payments: We accept localized manual payments (e.g., bKash, Nagad). Please note that manual payment verification can take a maximum of 12 to 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Einvor provides the invoice generation tools "as is". We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues between you and your clients arising from the invoices generated through our platform.
