Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our transparent refund policies carefully before upgrading to the Pro plan.

1. General "No Refund" Policy

Einvor provides a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. All our features, tools, and templates are clearly described and demonstrated on our platform prior to purchase. Therefore, we maintain a strict No Refund policy if you simply change your mind or decide that you do not like the service after upgrading.

2. Exception for Technical Faults

We are committed to delivering a functional product. If a severe technical fault or bug prevents you from generating or downloading invoices entirely, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. In such rare cases, we will attempt to process your refund within 7 to 14 business days after verification.

3. Forgotten Subscription Cancellations

Our global payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. If your subscription is set to auto-renew and you forget to cancel it before the billing date, the auto-deducted amount is generally non-refundable.

If you face this issue, you must take the following steps:

  1. Immediately cancel your active subscription from your user dashboard to prevent future charges.
  2. After canceling, you may contact Lemon Squeezy support directly regarding the deducted amount. Any refund for forgotten cancellations is strictly subject to Lemon Squeezy's discretion and platform terms.

4. Manual Payments

Payments made via manual local methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad) are strictly non-refundable once the Pro plan has been activated on your account. Please wait up to 12 to 24 hours for manual payment verification before reaching out to support.
